Accessorial Charge Summary by Plan Number
This summary shows all accessorial charges by Plan Number. For example, an extra charge such as a destination fee or a handling fee for hazardous materials may apply to certain shipments. In addition, these are also referred to as value-added service charges, and you can add them to your shipping selection as needed. Moreover, value-added services vary by location.

Accessorial Charge Summary by Invoice Number
This report summarizes all accessorial charges by Invoice Number. Furthermore, you can review a sample for quick reference.

Account Summary Report
This report summarizes total transactions, billed weight, charges, and percentage spent for each account number. In addition, you can see a sample.

Address Correction Listing
This report provides detailed information about shipments that received an address correction. It also shows both the original incorrect address and the corrected address for each shipment. To make errors clear, the wrong address appears in red.

Adjustment Detail by Invoice Number

This report lists all Charge Category Detail Codes within each Charge Category Code. Consequently, you can identify accessorial charges applied to a shipment or refunds issued due to Voids, GSR (Guaranteed Service Refunds), Residential Adjustments, chargebacks, and more. Charge Code Detail by Invoice Number
This breakdown lists all charges applied to a shipment by invoice number. It also highlights adjustments for charges carriers applied or credited incorrectly.

Chargeback Listing
This report details packages shipped by you but billed to the receiver or a third party. If the payer refused charges or used an invalid or suspended account number, UPS rebilled your account. Therefore, you gain visibility into unexpected billing issues.

This report provides the same information in summary form. Additionally, it simplifies the review process.

Distribution by Shipment Type
This report shows the percentage and number of packages shipped to different states by service types. It also gives the average package cost per service type and total packages shipped by type for a given invoice number and week. As a result, you gain better cost insights. See a sample.

GSR by Plan Number
This report provides a detailed listing of all Guaranteed Service Refunds appearing on that week’s UPS plan number.

GSR Credit Listing
This report lists packages that received a Guaranteed Service Refund. Consequently, you can confirm all credits.

Hundred Weight Summary
This summary covers all Hundred Weight shipments, including lead tracking numbers and charges.

Inbound/Outbound Package Summary
This report summarizes inbound and outbound freight by service type. Furthermore, it includes total package counts, weights, and charges for each category.

Insurance Detail
This report lists insured packages, their values, and carrier insurance charges. UPS automatically protects each domestic and international shipment up to $100. However, shippers can declare higher values by showing them in the declared value field of the UPS source document or shipping system and paying an additional charge. In addition, if the Charge Description Code field shows “EVS,” the Basis Value field shows the declared value, and the Net Amount field shows the insurance charge.

Invoice Summary
This report summarizes invoices over a chosen timeframe. It also includes discount percentages from published rates. As an added resource, you can see a sample.

Invoice Summary by Plan Number
This report outlines a complete summary of the UPS plan number, including all accounts under that plan. It also breaks down charges by prepaid, third-party, and collect shipments. Furthermore, it includes carrier incentive discounts from published rates.

Receiver Summary by Weight and Cost
This report shows the top consignees shipped to, including names, total shipment weights, costs, and package counts.

Reference Number Listing
This report provides detailed shipment information using “reference one” or similar fields, tracking number, UPS charge description, and costs. Shipments display separately by reference. In addition, shippers can assign references such as purchase order numbers, job numbers, Bills of Lading, or descriptive terms for easier billing coordination.

Reference Number Listing Including Nulls
This report shows all shipment detail, including entries with null values, for “reference one” or “reference two” fields.

Reference Number One Listing
This report displays detail based on the criteria in the “reference one” field.

Reference Number Summary
This report summarizes all reference number listings.

Reference Number Two Listing
This report displays detail based on the criteria in the “reference two” field.

Residential and Commercial Adjustments Listing
In the US, carriers add charges for residential deliveries. This report shows shipments with incorrect residential or commercial coding. Furthermore, it lists charges for shipments coded as commercial but delivered residential, along with credits for the opposite.

Returns Service Detail
This report lists shipments returned from the recipient to the shipper. Reasons include order errors, dissatisfaction, diagnostics, damage, or goods returned to inventory.

Service Statistics by Account Number
This report summarizes packages by UPS Service Types for each account number. Additionally, you can review a sample.

Service Statistics by Invoice Number
