We will communicate with your carriers on your behalf and collect all refunds due to you. We do not get paid until you get credited correctly from your carrier!

  • Every week you e-mail us a file from your shipping software (we outline the correct format). Or simply e-mail your electronic invoice file.
  • We audit and track every shipment on your behalf
  • We contact FEDEX, UPS, and DHL and get the correct refund adjustments
  • You will be billed a percentage of your verified refunds
  • Again - we do not get paid until you receive your credits from your carrier
Auditing Services Included:
  • Late delivery credits for air and ground shipments.
  • Packages without proof of delivery.
  • Non- voided airway bills (manifested but never shipped).
  • Residential deliveries confirmed and RD charges confirmed.
  • Delivery area surcharges audited.
  • Check correct cost structures; confirm promised rates on all shipments.
  • Address correction fees assessed for validation.
  • Duplicate invoicing and airway bills.
  • Weight accuracy.
  • Oversized adjustments.
  • Damage claim service.
For each package its guaranteed transit time is adjusted for holidays, weekends, regional variances and service exceptions.

  • Rate/ Contract negotiations.
  • Resources for out of the ordinary situations, such as finding carriers for unusual shipments.
  • Regular visitation by an assigned shipment management professional if requested.
  • Provide weekly/ monthly cost savings reports.
  • Annual review of program progress and recommendations for following year.
  • Online freight bill inquiry service (check paid invoices and credits pending).
  • Credit Detail Report - Shows the tracking number of each package being credited.
  • Shipment Detail Report - Gives every detail of a package (invoice #, tracking #, ship date, charge, sender address, recipient address, service type, package type, weight, reference data, delivery info, etc.).
  • Daily Shipping Activity Report - shows the shipping volume of each day.
  • Reference Data Report - Parse the reference data the way you like. Easier for management to read.
  • Charge Type Report - Breaks down the total charge into type, itemizes all charge types. Can prevent extra charges deemed excessive like address correction fees.
  • Third Party Usage Report - Shows who also uses your shipping account. Provides details for packages not shipped by you or sent to you.
